This lovely guest-house has a charm all of its own and is in a great location close to the Manchester Pub and Central Pier. It is also very close to the promenade. It is very clean and welcoming, and the rooms decorated and furnished to a high standard. There are plenty of car parks near to the hotel and limited on street parking close by. The hotel can cater for up to 22 guests. Highly recommended for hen parties..

The super basement bar, complete with authentic oak beams, is an attractive snug and a great area to have a few drinks before hitting the town and is open until late at the weekend.

It offers a wide selection of wines, and spirits and draught beers.

The dining room is also situated in the basement but catering can be offered on the ground floor if you have trouble with stairs. It is well presented and offers a full English breakfast from 9.00 – 9.30am.

Bar snacks are available at most times.

All the rooms are clean and decorated to an excellent standard and all offer en-suite facilities with good quality furnishings and fittings.

The hotel has a mixture of mainly double rooms but there are a couple of family rooms and a twin. Towels and toiletries are provided as standard.
